Shunde Lvzhike Plastics products Co., Ltd was established in Shunde, Foshan city, which locates in the prosperous Pearl River Delta in southern China, neighboring with Hong Kong and Macau and having the sea-land-air transportation network's convenience. There were 6 production lines specially for domestic business. Our products focused on the PVC cable trunking, irrigated pipe, other types of wire management systems, trunking as well as pipe accessories. Rely on the consistent quality and leading technique, LVZHIKE became a stable supplier for national wire management business.

As the needs of the products arose, the founder expanded the production scale and the factory has relocated in a new industrial estate, covering an area of 15,000 square meters.

To meet the continuously growing demand in the domestic market, our factory added three new production lines, expanding 12 different product categories to satisfy clients’ needs. The annual output has exceeded 3 million meters, and our business covered 20 provinces across the country.

Focused on the global market’s vast potential and competitiveness, we added two more production lines to enlarge capacity. After solidifying our domestic dominance, we proactively expanded oversea market, introducing different categories of wire management products to the global world. In this year, the domestic sales has been overtaken by the oversea sales, which is a key milestone in our internationalized business.

As our products rolled out globally, the factory’s exported more than five times the 2007 volumes. In 2012, we introduced a large-capacity automatic PVC-U cutting line and on-site plastic injection equipment to improve the productivity. Based on the progressive industrial layout, exported sales got further expanded and sold to over 20 foreign countries.

First time to join Canton Fair, the purpose was to showcase our enterprise strength to broader customers. Via this platform, we engaged in practical communication with investors and partners all around the world, who showed strong interests in our various types of wire management products. We highlighted our solutions’ outstanding performance, which get proven in numerous domestic and international projects and gain market’s recognition.

To meet the dust-free cutting standard, we added two thermal automatic cutting lines and built a dust prevention system via full workshop equipment upgrades, which can block dust at the source efficiently. Simultaneously, we introduced a fully automated flared pipe equipment to increase precision and efficiency, achieving unmanned operation.

LVZHIKE adopted the ISO quality management system to get clients trust our consistent high product quality throughout production. Rely on the ISO system, we strengthened the full-chain quality control and implemented standardized production processes—boosting efficiency, enabling rapid market response, and cutting costs, leading to form a "quality-efficiency-cost" virtuous cycle.

Data analysis showed further progress of our exported sales. To refine our product structure, we added 6 laser printers for product coding, which can assign a unique barcode on the product and lay a solid foundation for refined management and traceability for clients.

To rise up the factory packaging efficiency, we introduced automated plastic bag packaging equipment—slashing packaging time and reducing labor/material costs via intelligent operations. Additionally, we added 9 laser printers to refine product coding management and enhance traceability. This technique can support precise and standardized product identification.

To meet South American market demands and occupy the market, LVZHIKE developed and refined region-specific products to expand the categories of wire management products.

To further expand the product range, LVZHIKE developed halogen-free products, which satisfies the European clients’ needs of the environmental friendly and non-toxic air occurring after fire’s requirement.
